ISO 9001:2015 Certification
Fletcher is pleased to announce that we have officially been awarded ISO 9001:2015 Certification for our Quality Management System. Our team has been working hard to fully align our already well established and successful processes and procedures with the ISO 9001:2015 standard accross the business, resulting in a successful audit conducted by the MCA (our selected Registrar) and certification within our planned timescale.
International Organisation for Standardisation (ISO) 9001:2015 is an internationally recognised standard for Quality Management Systems: the most updated standard of its kind. With a focus on quality management systems and performance, it assists companies in developing a management standard that aligns quality with their wider business strategy. The standard ensures a focus on risk-based thinking and accountability in all organisational process that helps to improve communication, efficiency and the implementation of continuous improvement.
Our achievement expands and fully validates our robust Quality Management System to guide and govern our operations. The certification is an important step in assuring that our customers continue to recieve the very best in quality and service. Fletcher can, with confidence, adhere a strong management commitment to all facets of the ISO 9001:2015 QMS.
We have elected to use the Maritime and Coastguard Agency’s QA Department as our Registrar for this certification.
