HSEQ Safety Observation Card of the Month

Fletcher’s new Safety Observation Card Initiative is proving to be a great success across our Vessels. Workplace observations are the key to success in any safety process, with studies proving that organisations will not achieve sustained excellent results in safety, without a process in place that understands risk exposure prior to an incident or injury.
Observations made by Crew working on board our vessels are an excellent opportunity to point out the positive things Crew are doing for their own safety, as well as for those around them, thus strengthening the workplace safety culture as a whole.
We are pleased to announce that the winner of this month’s Safety Observation Card Competition is Mr Seumas Fraser; Chief Officer on board the Standard Supplier. Congratulations to Seumas on his excellent observation.
