New Member to the Fletcher Team

We are delighted to welcome Mr William Neil Kenny to our onshore team here at Fletcher. Neil joins us from Sealion Shipping as Vessel Manager after working offshore as a Chief Engineer, bringing with him a wealth of knowledge and expertise which he has gained having accrued over 17 years’ experience at sea.
Neil will work within our growing Technical Department, joining the team as another valued member on hand to provide each of our vessels support and expertise.
Fletcher maintains a unique practice of Vessel Self-Management across the fleet. Our Technical Team work together with our Crew’s to provide assistance ensuring our Vessels can operate safely, effectively and efficiently in order to meet the needs of our clients.
This unique Self-Management enables our Vessel’s to have the autonomy they need to operate at the highest standard, with less bureaucracy in management, and allowing the vessels to demonstrate swift and cohesive internal processes. Our Technical team support this system and enable our onshore and offshore operations to work together.
Once again, a huge welcome to Neil, we are exceptionally pleased to have such an enthusiastic and knowledgeable addition to the team.
